David Wooley

Mr. David E. Woolley is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (in California and Nevada) with over 25 years experience in the land surveying industry servicing diverse clientele, in both the private and public sector. Mr. Woolley is well versed in state laws, local ordinances and standards of practice. He is often consulted as a specialist for work that ranges from property boundary disputes, boundary establishment and mapping, public agency map checking, horizontal and vertical geodetic control, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys and monument preservation. He is an expert in Land Surveyor Liability and Standard of Care and a subject matter expert for land title issues. It is this experience that makes him one of the most sought after for surveys that involve litigation. In the last ten years he has been involved with more than 40 cases, in both state and federal court. He is currently President of D. Woolley & Associates, Inc. as well as City Surveyor for City of Long Beach. Mr. Woolley is the an active member of California Land Surveyors Association (CLSA) and a member of National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS).
